Proposal to rename article

The actual name of the bill according to parliamentary records is the Human Sexual Rights and Ghanaian Family Values Bill. The anti-LGBT tag is a sensationalised title due to the content of the bill, but it's not called the anti-LGBT bill, according to official public records.
