Actor/actress issue
[edit]To All Contributors from Trudy Warner's Son: My mother considered herself to be an *actor* specifically because it is *gender neutral,* which was significant to her, and continues to be significant to other females who refer to their occupation as "actor" - and, although I have tried to correct this in the body of the entry - since *no one* refers to the craft of "actressing" - I do not know how to correct the main (title) entry. Any non-sexist assistance would be appreciated by all actors. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dougfrank56 (talk • contribs) 22:42, 8 May 2011 (UTC)
- I concur, let's try and put aside any strong opinions and abide by the subject's preferences. ~ К3вину (RSVP) (What) 16:37, 8 June 2011 (UTC)
