I created this article today from information that keeps being deleted by other editors. The information reflects that about a notable lawsuit in New York State involving this company. Wikipedia's notability guidelines for creation of this article have been met and exceeded, as reflected by sourcing from two professional journals, a newspaper in Buffalo, a newspaper in Washington, and other sources throughout the United States. Should anyone desire to put this article up for deletion, even though it has exceeded Wikipedia's guidelines for notability, then I suggest that it be added to the Daniel R.
