The last sentence of this article has 'who' and 'clarification' tags on the U-boat's loss, which makes me doubt the veracity of the 13 April claim above. Just to muddy the waters even more, my copy of Paul Kemp's U-boats destroyed (1997), states that U-376 was sunk on 10 April 1943. RASAM (talk) 13:22, 26 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
