Hi,

I will review this article. Please give me 48 hours to post feedback. I will also edit the article, only to correct grammar, and not content. If anyone feels that my edits are improper, please feel free to correct me with an explanation. I am here to do my best to get this article GA approved. If within 7 days I see no disputes regarding the content, all will be well. Cheers! Meishern (talk) 13:29, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This article seems to be on a diet. After 15 minutes of searching google, I found a lot of content not included in this article, including photos of the actual sub, and not a similar looking U-36. Please take a look at this website (http://www.u-35.com/prewar/), along with other sites. There's quite a lot of interesting stuff out there, with direct quotes from captain, crew, details, etc... Cheers! Meishern (talk) 14:03, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If nobody plans to do any editing on this article, it will fail in 5 days. Cheers! Meishern (talk) 08:39, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm just letting you know that I'll be working on this article shortly :)--White Shadows Nobody said it was easy 20:52, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

GA Fail

[edit]

The nomination failed for the following reasons:

Well-written: - Should be better. A lot better. Factually accurate and verifiable: - ok. Broad in its coverage: - No. There is a lot more referenced info which is not included. From a quick search on google, a lot of info was not included. Neutral: - ok. Stable: - ok. Illustrated: - No. U-36 is shown as a drawing instead of U-35 (which the article is about). There are plenty of public domain images of U-35, which are not used.

Please add more information which is available, photos, which are available. Cheers! Meishern (talk) 12:12, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
