Flag
[edit]The flag here is the naval ensign; shouldn't it be the merchant flag? Does anyone know what it looks like? Xyl 54 (talk) 16:36, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
Article contradicts itself
[edit]The infobox says she was built by Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft, the text of the article says she was built by Deutsche Ozean-Reederei. Neither claim is referenced. DuncanHill (talk) 19:53, 10 December 2018 (UTC)
From Wikipedia article [SM U-53]""
[edit]"Rose's first patrol with U-53 was to Newport, Rhode Island. His mission had been to sink any British warships in position to ambush the merchant submarine Bremen; but he heard a radio broadcast on 28 September 1916 indicating Bremen had been sunk." 2A00:23C8:660A:5A01:2BB:3AFF:FEE6:ABA8 (talk) 08:12, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
