This article was/is in pretty rough shape. The grammar and organization were awful, and it didn't cite any sources. I attempted to clean it up a bit and give it some semblance of quality. However, I don't know much about DFKI, so the only edits I could make are those that don't directly tie in to the subject matter.
The article also fails to cite any sources whatsoever. I tagged it as such, but, once again, I don't have the topical knowledge it takes to actually track down sources of information for DFKI.
