No viable hook per reviewer, and nominator is topic banned from further edits (and hasn't edited on Wikipedia for two and a half weeks); closing as unsuccessful.

- Question:Grandmaster is under an Armenia-Azerbaijan 2 topic ban per: this report. Does that affect Armenia or Azerbaijan related DYK nominations? TSventon (talk) 14:13, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
- TSventon, as the nomination was posted before the ban was in force I think we can let it stand, but if during the process of review it requires changes, Grandmaster should not be making anything other than trivial changes to content. signed, Rosguill talk 19:51, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
- As the nominator was recently topic banned from the topic (see Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Enforcement/Archive301#Grandmaster) and hasn't edited since the topic ban was imposed, unless another editor decides to adopt this the nomination is now marked for closure as stale. - The nominated article has two citation needed tags to resolve, if it is adopted. Flibirigit (talk) 12:26, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry, I was busy in real life. I fixed references. Grandmaster 19:13, 9 March 2022 (UTC)
- This nomination needs a full review, since one has never been done. Flibirigit (talk) 17:47, 13 March 2022 (UTC)
- Looks like this one's been sitting around! New enough, long enough, sourcing accepted in good faith, neutral, plagiarism-free. Hook is cited, but not quite interesting, and no QPQ is required. This should probably be closed if no one's around to adopt, although we should give it another week since no one was aware of the problems till now. theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/they) 19:54, 4 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Theleekycauldron: Grandmaster hasn't edited since March 30th. Are there still any remaining article issues or can the nomination be passed even in their absence? Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 00:05, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
- Well, I don't see a viable hook. I also don't see a suitable replacement from the article, so we might as well leave it here. theleekycauldron (talk • contribs) (she/they) 21:34, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
