I do not think the page should be deleted because the redlinks referring to George S. Patton, Sr are many or there is the mention of the name without a link to guide the reader to. If it is absolutely necessary, redirect the article to the "Family" section of the page George S. Patton so the reader of those articles will get the exact location of the info. Possible Addition

I don't know how to edit wikipedia very well, but I think an interesting story about Patton, Sr would be appropriate: He carried a gold coin in his pocket through the war, and once it deflected a bullet that would have otherwise killed him -- is that noteworthy enough; it certainly seems an like an intriguing tale to me. In fact, it's really the only thing I've ever remembered about Patton, Sr. It sounds like a tall tale, but it was in "Smithsonian Magazine" in June 2009, so that seems like a reliable enough citation. -- A.
