Missouri template
[edit]There is an odd little problem with the article. Because it is included in the Template for Missouri in the Civil War it also shows up under the Category--the only name in that category at the moment. Discovered this while doing some clean up. No big deal. It does show up in the 1864 year though, although the pardon in question was in 1865. (The story of Vaughn is an interesting one though.) Red Harvest (talk) 06:15, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for the catch. The capture occurred in Missouri and it involved the Missouri senator so that's why I included. Thanks again. Americasroof (talk) 01:51, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
Faked pardon is not Vaughn
[edit]I removed this item in this edit. The faked pardon is an entirely different person.Americasroof (talk) 14:01, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
