Find A Grave is not inherently unreliable

@Nikkimaria: should be taken when deciding to make a link to the Find a Grave website. While photographs of gravestones provide useful information, the biographical and other additional details may not be reliable.

That's what the guidance is on the template page for Find A Grave. In this particular case, the gravestone photo is detailed, and verifies the details of the article where the citation appears. That CLEARLY falls WITHIN the guidance that gravestone photos can provide useful information.

Respectfully, I implore you stop what appears to me to be unnecessary removal of Find A Grave references.

The gravestone states that a Lydia Carter was wife to a Lewis Williams; it doesn't come close to supporting the paragraph for which it was a citation. Arguably that last sentence doesn't really belong here at all anyways - suggest removing it. Nikkimaria (talk) 01:22, 12 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The fact that the wife from whom he obtained a contentious public divorce got remarried and moved away isn't relevant? COME ON!

I'm adding additional references now. But I really think you should not reject Find A Grave references out of hand. They're not always unreliable.
