Nomination for deletion

[edit]

Hello, I would like to resolve the problems with this article. I will remove the two claims. Are there any other issues I can address? Thank you for your help. Bclorenz21 (talk) 20:53, 22 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I was unaware removing the cleanup tags was a problem. I apologize. This is literally the first thing I have edited. Thanks again Bclorenz21 (talk) 20:57, 22 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Bclorenz21. Thanks for your interest in improving this Wikipedia article! Right now this article is being considered for deletion because the notability of its subject has not been established by reliable sources. It would help if you could indicate why George K. Simon is a "notable" figure according to our policies, and then find some reliable sources which support these claims. —Psychonaut (talk) 09:24, 23 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism Absent

[edit]

I believe that this article should discuss Simon's views in the context of competing and supporting evidence. 98.171.161.54 (talk) 06:12, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Extensively edited by the subject or by someone connected to the subject

[edit]

The vast majority of the edits on this article appear to be someone connected to the subject and many of the 12 references and 7 links are dead or poor quality (example). The discussion of the books is in the style of press releases from a publisher (e.g., The book also offers tips |attempts to provide an in-depth, but readily understandable explanation | Simon asserts further that these can neither be adequately understood ). I know this biography is personally important. I encourage you to discuss the changes and additions here and let impartial editors help. I think that will help make this a better article.
