Migration

We have sources placing Pownall in London in 1911 and 1912, and in Melbourne in 1914 "after three or so years in Sydney"; plus works painted in Melbourne in 1912.

Did he make more than one visit to Australia? Migrate to Sydney in 1912, but visit Melbourne immediately, or en route? Or are one or more sources in error? Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 17:01, 16 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
