"Miley reported that he has constructed a LENR device that continuously produces several hundred watts of energy." Watts are not "energy". More to the point, Dr. Miley has yet to have any independent testing of any device that produces any energy. He's been making the same claims for more than two years but has never, far as I know, shown a working device.
