who is Ellen Daly?

[edit]

Article claims Eads married 'long time gf and CSI co-star Ellen Daly'. However, apart from this article (and a FB page quoting it) I can find no other reference to this marriage. Also, a search of IMDB turns up no actor called Ellen Daly, never mind one who has actually been on CSI. Think this line needs to be removed. raining girl (talk) 17:17, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That was added recently by 46.7.192.213, an anonymous editor from the Waterford area in Ireland with no other contributions. It's probably a case of vanity vandalism. According to some rather gossipy sources (not really quotable material for a biographical article in my opinion, but sufficient to disprove the IP edit), Eads got engaged to actress and "longtime girlfriend" Monika Casey in 2009. According to IMDB's bio (which spells her first name with a C), they met at a blind date. I've reverted the IP edits. LX (talk, contribs) 19:53, 17 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is photo of George Eads and article of his self-determining "Greekness" http://www.zimbio.com/photos/George+Eads/Vivian+Baker http://www.greeknewsonline.com/another-terrific-hellenic-times-scholarship-fund-gala-2/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 106.69.75.190 (talk) 05:40, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Interestingly Ead/s is very close to the Greek word eidetic and eidos whose etymology comes from ειδω and ειδος respectively.106.69.75.190 (talk) 05:55, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
