Objection : Assertions and Conclusions
[edit]There a very clear POV issue here. Multiple assertions and conclusions about "quality" and decision-making process are directly evident. And the attempt at coloring cited articles as "fact" and "opinion" is a blatant attempt at affecting the reader's conclusions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2002:405A:A6B4:0:0:0:0:0 (talk) 21:42, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
Increase Endowment / Usability of New Academic Building?
[edit]Citation needed: "Its new building that opened in 2009 is now one of the nation’s premiere science and engineering facilities" is false. Students, alumni and faculty feel that 41 Cooper Square serves engineering needs worse than the previous building.
Citation needed: "By some accounting techniques, the accompanying real estate transactions can be understood to have led to a net positive cash flow"

Sounds like "Blatant Advertising"
[edit]The "Career" section appears to meet the requirements to be considered "blatant advertising" per Wikipedia:Identifying_blatant_advertising: "It describes this person's educational career in-depth - typically by listing each school or university the person attended and the qualifications, certificates, deeds, awards, etc earned." and "It describes this person's professional career or relevant experience in-depth - typically by listing each of the person's held roles, positions, job titles, elected seats, etc along with their responsibilities, accomplishments, and skills needed, and the date in which the person held the job."
It may be preferable to pare down this section to the essential points only.
- I see that the page has been edited significantly in recent days but without addressing the issues raised here or above, as well as the tags on the page itself. This has gone too long without a fix. I'm going to make some edits today to try to address these concerns. KeeYou Flib (talk) 18:40, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
Addressing Concerns
[edit]I have made a number of edits to the article to try to address the legitimate concerns raised on this talk page as to POV / neutrality issues and a lack of citations. If there are issues, let's discuss them here. KeeYou Flib (talk) 19:24, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
