According to informations in the german language wikipedia, George Browne did not die while trying to pass down the Rhine falls, but at the Laufenburg falls; this cataract of the Rhine at Laufenburg is further down and it has been flooded in 1908 when a hydroelectric power plant has been built in 1908. - kind regards Martin - Mboesch (talk) 21:20, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
