Watford

I'm trying to trace a George Brown who played for Watford in 1905 and 1906. According to my source he also played for Northampton and Wolverton Town, but no mention of any of the clubs that this George Brown played for. Any ideas on where I can turn? I have had a look in Michael Joyce's book for you and couldn't find your George Brown which means he didn't play in the Football League so i guess he would only appear in your club's source. --Add92 (talk) 01:04, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, he played for Watford and Northampton in the early 1900s, and if those are his only clubs he wouldn't have made a Football League appearance. I just wanted to make (reasonably) sure that these weren't the same person. Unfortunately my George doesn't have a D.O.B. or nationality, so there's probably too little to start an article.
