Lead and infobox
  • Please include ALT text for the infobox.
  • I would move the sentence about the song’s release as the second single to the second sentence of the first paragraph. For a majority of the song articles that I have seen, the sentence on the single release is placed as the second sentence of the first paragraph as it is rather important information.
  • For this sentence (Written and produced by the band alongside Henrik Jonback, the song was conceived when lead singer Andrew Wyatt felt like a tyrant while in a long-distance relationship, comparing this tyranny to that of Mongolian Emperor Genghis Khan.), I would avoid the repetition of “tyrant” and “tyranny” in such close proximity.
  • I do not think that “emperor” needs to be capitalized in the phrase “Mongolian emperor”.
  • I am not sure if this part (preceding the release of the album) is necessary.
Background and release
  • Please include ALT text for the image.
  • I do not think that “emperor” needs to be capitalized in the phrase “Mongolian emperor”.
  • For this part (The hook came about when Wyatt thought of himself and how), do you think that “hook” should be linked to hook (music)?
  • Please shorten “Atlantic Records” to “Atlantic” and “Jackalope Recordings” to “Jackalope”.
Composition and lyrics
  • For this part (Instrumentation is provided by drums, piano, and synthesizer.), I would say “a piano” and “a synthesizer”.
  • I do not think that “emperor” needs to be capitalized in the phrase “Mongolian emperor”.
Critical reception
  • For this part (named it an Essential Track and wrote), does “essential track” need to be capitalized?
  • Is there any structure or reason for separating the information into three paragraphs? I would try to give this section more of a structure to avoid having it look like a random listing of critics and related quotes.
Chart performance
  • I could not find any issue with this section.
Music video
  • No issues. The video sounds really cool though and right up my alley.
Live performances and cover version
  • Please include ALT text for the image.
  • Unlink Paste as it was already linked in a previous section.
References
  • This is not required for the GA review, but I would encourage you to archive the sources to prevent link rot and death.
Final comments
Thank you for the review. I believe the issues have been addressed (can't believe I never seem to be able to remember the ALT texts). Pancake (talk) 19:54, 25 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
