Coordinates

[edit]

Please note that the coordinates in this article need fixing as: The coordinates published are actually those for the Millbrook Proving Ground in England, not the Cupuan (Mexico) proving ground.

This seems to have been fixed already. Deor (talk) 02:54, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The coords for the new facility in Yuma are missing, while the coords for the old Mesa location are still there. -- 208.81.184.4 (talk) 22:42, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dudenhofen

[edit]

There is an Opel test facility at Dudenhofen, Germany (49.9927777778N, 8.92305555556W), so I've added a short section with a few details I managed to glean from Opel's website: http://www.opel.de/meetopel/opelag/location/dudenhofen/index.act. Anyone with a better grasp of German than me should feel free to expand it.Mr Larrington (talk) 13:48, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Millbrook no longer under GM Leadership

[edit]

Millbrook is no longer owned by GM, it was sold off to Rutland Partners late last year. I guess now it will need its own page?

Milford Proving Ground

[edit]

Is there a citation that can be used for the comment that one mile driven on the grounds is the same as 5 miles in the real world? Sleepmags1 (talk) 15:44, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Remove Opel and Holden proving grounds?

[edit]

Opel has been sold to a competing automaker, and Holden has been folded- but their proving grounds are still listed as active facilities. Do we know if GM still owns these, and should they be removed from the list or moved to the defunct heading? 42-BRT (talk) 17:25, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
