[edit]It appears to me that this article needs to be merged with Sexism in India Teashias (talk) 04:17, 4 April 2012 (UTC) i dont think so that it should be changed iti perfect — Preceding unsigned comment added by 106.66.90.5 (talk) 15:52, 16 September 2012 (UTC)
Article was not-well worded, had many errors and incorrect grammar. Made some minor changes. May still require a review. Also, a lot of new developments in Indian legal scenario are not updated isoham (talk) 13:03, 23 August 2013 (UTC)
Citations are needed for the first section and section on discrimination against men. Jyothsna01 (talk) 09:15, 7 February 2014 (UTC)J
Suggestion to delete article
[edit]This article has a lot of problems and covers the same topic as the "Gender inequality in India" article (formerly "Sexism in India"), which is very comprehensive, very well sourced, and well-written. I suggest that this article be deleted. BerikG (talk) 22:57, 11 May 2014 (UTC)
- Agreed. Very badly written — Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.212.199.162 (talk • contribs) 09:49, 22 November 2014
'Discrimination Against Men'
[edit]It could be argued that IPC 498A merits inclusion in this article. However, at the time of removal, there was only one reliable source attached to three paragraphs (a Wall Street Journal post). There was a minor, non-neutral blog as the only other reference. If people want to re-insert it in a neutral and well-referenced manner then that's great - but it must conform to the same standards as the rest of this site.
