I've removed a lot of detail that was more or less lifted from the artist's c.v. and didn't add much to the article. One of the sections removed was the "further reading" section, which contained of list of articles without links. It would probably be worth locating these articles and incorporating them as references. The list, for convenience, is reproduced below:
