Payday loans

I am not Wikipedia literate so I don't know if this is appropriate but I think the article should mention Mr. Elkins association with payday loans. It was mentioned on national TV (Last Week Tonight August 2014) It is also mentioned in the Houston Chronicle and the Texas Observer.
