Not at fault but owes money to victims?
[edit]The DUI section contradicts itself. It says the older driver caused the accident, then goes on to say Gary Collins must pay restitution to 'the victims'. Very confusing, as the previous part seems to say his DUI was not the cause of the accident. Also, who are the victims? The info only indicates that a driver was in the vehicle, nothing about any passengers or other fatalities. 162.136.193.1 (talk) 19:58, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

My mother, Sheila Dawn Egan Kurtz was a Realty Broker in the Beverly Hills area. The bar at the Beverly Hills hotel was noted for serious drinking and socializing. Gary stayed at our house temporarily while trying to break into Real estate or films ,Sheila had connections and was signed with MGM in 1945. I was a prankster and poured a pan full of water on Gary and his pressed shirt one morning from a window as he descended the stairs. It was not funny,I was scared and glad that the door was locked. I no longer cause pranks or drink and am sorry to notice these infractions of the law by an old friend. Alan David Einstoss`Alan David Einstoss (talk) 18:09, 15 May 2010 (UTC)
