This existing page was a stub with only 2 sentences and no pictures. It merely located Garden City within Cairo and along the eastern edge of the Nile, which I mentioned in my new edition. The second sentence states that Garden City has curvy streets and was founded as a way to protect the British Embassy (which was cited with a broken link). In my edit, I included that the streets are curvy (except replaced with "windy") and I found multiple, legitimate resources that state the purpose of founding Garden City was for private investors seeking a more European-esque district in Cairo.
