Game point merging

I think the tennis article is long as it is, while Game Point is somewhat more technical. I propose, should it be merged, merge with Tennis score instead. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aree (talk • contribs) 08:09, 1 July 2005

I believe this should be merged into Tennis terminology. It's almost entirely made up of definitions, after all. - dcljr (talk) 05:31, 16 July 2005 (UTC)

The reason I made it a separate article was so that it would be easy to link to. I suppose it would be OK to make it a section of Tennis score, as long as it's a section, so we can still link directly to it (e.g. via Tennis score#Game point). (Not Tennis, that's already too long; and not Tennis terminology, as the structure of that is not compatible with having a "Game point" section, ergo we couldn't link to it.) If so, someone will have to go around and change all the links to game point (as well as set point, match point, etc) as redirects to sections don't work (and probably never will) - i.e. we can't simply turn this into a section redirect, and have all the links to it work properly. Converted to disambiguation page

On Oct 25, 2024, I converted this page from a redirect to a disambiguation page. The term Game point is used in various games and sports with slightly different meanings. OvertAnalyzer (talk) 16:15, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
