- Controversial move, and NOT supported by naming rules or guidelines, which is to use the most commonly used, citable unambiguous name. This includes the binomial or trinomial. This user has been warned about making page moves before to made up names.--Kevmin § 04:30, 8 December 2020 (UTC)

- Oppose but would not object to relisting. On 15:48, 11 August 2020 User:Hyperik moved page Dominican gambusia to Gambusia dominicensis over redirect with edit summary the most commonly used name in reliable sources. But neither they nor current nom have provided any evidence, and we should not move again without it. Both references use the current name. Andrewa (talk) 10:12, 16 December 2020 (UTC)
