- No DAB links
- No Dead links
- Images appropriately licensed , all are fine, but some minor fixes if you feel like them.
- File:8089 - Roma - Ara Pacis - Caio Cesare - Foto Giovanni Dall'Orto - 28-Mar-2008.jpg has an imbedded description.
- File:Augustus Lugdunum principes iuventutis 671253.jpg A date would be good.
- File:RomaForoAugusto.JPG has all needed information, but you may want to put it into a box for simplicity's sake.
Prose Suggestions
[edit]- "grandson of Augustus, the first emperor of the Roman Empire. " You may wish to introduce his own "claims to fame" in the first sentence, i.e. his Consulship.
- done
- "stepson and sole-surviving grandson," you may wish to add a "as well as his" behind the "and", as it seems (At least to me) to be saying that one person is both those relations to him, which, knowing Rome, is entirely possible.
- done
- "An annual sacrifice on his birthday was granted in pursuance of a decree." may want to remove "pursuance of" for simplicity.
- done
- "with their own will" what does this mean? They had a different, faked copy of Herod's will? Or else simply their will, as in mental fortitude?
- done
- You may want to change Palestine to Syria Palaestina, although I think this article is sufficiently "out of the way" as it were, to avoid POV edits being a problem.
- done
- "help of a nationalist party," What does "nationalist party" mean here? I am doubtful it is to be taken in modern context of political parties. Does this mean a group of nationalists helped him?
- done
- "Surely, this man was part of Gaius' entourage, but other than that nothing is known of him.[42]" I would strongly suggest you avoid using "Surely"; unless you are going to directly quote a source who uses it. Would be best to change it to "It is strongly believed", or "It is very likely".

- That is all my comments. Sorry for taking so long to get to the review. -- Iazyges Consermonor Opus meum 01:09, 19 December 2017 (UTC)
- All changes have been implemented. And don't feel bad, it usually takes months to get a review. SpartaN (talk) 04:49, 19 December 2017 (UTC)
