[edit]I added this to expand this stub: Upon his arrival to the Philippines, after a 13-year absence and spending several years in the United States, Concepcion posted P 6,000 bail and pleaded not guilty on April 30, 2008 before Judge Marlo Malagar, MTC, Branch 5 on a (1995) falsification of public document through omission case.gmanews.tv, Gabby Concepcion's bigamy case trial starts Concepcion married Sharon Cuneta on July 23, 1984, without court annulment of his valid marriage with Jennifer Martin on June 19, 1984. A Pasig court therefore annulled the second marriage. Concepcion was sued for bigamy by complainant Mamerto dela Cruz, (driver of Jennifer Martin). Gabby posted a P 24,000 bail and pleaded not guilty on April 21, 2008. Further, broadcaster Jobert Socaldito filed a P 2.8 million damages civil case before the Quezon City Regional Trial Court, against Concepcion and his manager Rose Flaminiano for breach of contract regarding a skin whitening product.
