Main subject of the article?

Yo Gabba Gabba?

The creator of the show (and creator of the band The Aquabats) is a Ramones fan, so it's safe to say that the show takes its name from them. Besides, the show includes freakish characters, and it's about fitting in even if you are different (as in "one of us, we accept her" from Freaks).
