Train Operating Company: GB Railways is not strictly a Train operating company (TOC). To operate trains on the United Kingdom network, TOCs must have a Safety Case. These were held by the companies operating the TOCs, ie Anglia, GBRf and Hull. If anything GB Railways would best be described as a Public limited company or Parent company in much the same way as FirstGroup or Stagecoach Group.D47817 (talk) 03:57, 9 October 2012 (UTC)
