Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because...I am still researching there isn't much on any of the Afghanistan Olympic teams in the days, so i used Sports Reference as a start as i have never found them to have incorrect information yet, so i thought that it would be good enough to start with. --Iantheimp 21:11, 22 June 2014 (UTC)

- Per WP:NOLYMPICS, any athlete that competed in an Olympic games is presumed to be notable, so the article has a claim to significance, so fails WP:A7. GB fan 22:43, 22 June 2014 (UTC)
