Sources about Berkouwer's date of death are conflicting.

26 January 1996: SNAC arc id w6qz3612 (Wikidata) and KNAW obituary
25 January 1996: His child Yke Berkouwer (English Wikipedia today, and Provinciale Zeeuwse Courant, Tuesday 30 Jan. 1996: "who died last Thursday" =25 Jan. 1996.
