Multiple issues tags

In October as we can see from the tags, apparently this needs cleanup and sources. November someone said it reads like an ad. Have we fixed these issues? I am not sure who added them yet (perhaps will check history later) but I think we would work better towards improving the article if people could discuss what in particular we could fix in terms of cleanup/ads and what in particular is objectionable enough to require a source?
