Lack of context in the map

I'm looking at the map. Is it safe to assume that the area in red is Głogów County? Perhaps, but it doesn't say so. MORE IMPORTANTLY, what is the peach-shaded area in which the red area is located? I guess it might the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, but this is very unclear, especially to a non-Pole who doesn't know what a Voivodeship is and what its subdivisions are. Population density
