Covers

Why were there so many different colored covers? It seems to me there was a reason for it, but I've forgotten. Шизомби 02:52, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

A Google search reveals some sites that think it was just a marketing scheme. You know, 'cause they stood out. Too bad mine is pink... Nw00 19:23, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
The different covers supposedly were more than just a marketing thing. They were designed to demonstrate Tofflers theory of information overload. I can recall at the time seeing different versions on the stand and wondering if there was a "newer" edition or something but they were all the same edition. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.234.168.178 (talk) 15:25, 2 April 2011 (UTC)

Film?

I vaguely remember a film "Future Shock" narrated by Orson Welles. Does anyone else remember it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.109.225.55 (talkcontribs) 14:22, 17 February 2007‎
