Minor Comments
[edit]Just a couple of minor comments. 1. Consider how to trim some language from your lead-in sentence so its a bit crisper. Leave the details - 27 items and 60 countries for the text of the document. 2. Try to find ways to link your article to others on Wikipedia. Maybe link to disease specific pages? or a page on survey administration, etc. 3. The topic sentence of the second paragraph under Current Uses is a bit bland. What does standard mean? Try re-arranging this paragraph so its a bit tighter. Eva.dugoff (talk) 00:42, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
Outline Review
[edit]Great start. The FACT-G looks to be a great instrument to add to Wikipedia. To the extent that the FACT-G instrument is publicly available, it'd be great to include information about the items or typical domain scores/distributions. Also, I wonder to what extent the FDA or other government agencies have standards or minimally acceptable changes?
Another section that might be use to include is a history/development section where you can address who developed the FACT-G, when, and what other languages its available in, etc.
Hopefully, you'll find sufficient secondary sources. A few primary sources here and there aren't too bad, but try to keep it to a minimum.
One other thing to consider is that your page will be considered more important to the extent that you link to other Wiki pages.
