Date of company formation is wrong
[edit]The information here about when the company was formed is not correct. Fujitsu Technology Solutions was formed in 2000, out of the rump end of what was previously known as ICL. Soon after that (2001, I think?), FTSI (Fujitsu Technology Services International - which had been created the previous year out of the services arm of Amdahl (UK)) was merged into FTS.Lazyzee (talk) 17:38, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
The above claim is incorrect. Fujitsu Siemens Computers was formed in 1999 as a joint venture between Fujitsu and Siemens. The joint venture ran for 10 years and was concluded in 2009 when Fujitsu purchased Siemens' share. At that point the company name changed to Fujitsu Technology Solutions. ICL took a different route into the Fujitsu family - it was merged into the Fujitsu UK operations. Nesjo (talk) 09:45, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
