Remove "Look and feel" section?

[edit]

Describing the icon theme, the window manager/desktop environment, and how one can customize the "window frame" does not warrant having its own section. This info can be merged into the article's summary, or the "Features" section. However, I have refrained from removing this section in adherence with Wikipedia:NOBLANKING. What should we do with this section? Rectec794613 (talk) 03:03, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Well, for one, the header ought to be renamed. "Look and Feel" sounds more like something that belongs in an advertisement than in an encyclopedia. I'd recommend changing the name to "User Interface". I think that at the very least, it needs to be clarified that Fuduntu still uses the GNOME 2 desktop environment, while many of the top modern GNOME distros have switched to GNOME 3 or, in Ubuntu's case, Unity. --Mr. Corgi (talk) 05:32, 27 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
