I'll tag and note a number of minor concerns, but the topic appears to meet our notability inclusion criteria and improvements are more likely to continue if the article is put into mainspace. You may find Reftoolbar an easy way to work with our footnotes, the 1.0 version at least (see WP:REFTOOLBAR) can expand a reference into full form given only a DOI, which is super-handy. --j⚛e decker ^talk 19:55, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
