The block quote shouldn't have quotation marks. Besides, the quote box on the left is disrupting the block quote, as it just looks like a normal paragraph. Having a quote box, a picture or an audio file on the left hand side next to a block quote never works, as it doesn't allow for the block quote to be indented. I would remove the quote box and just make it normal prose.
