Criticisms

I believe there should be a Criticisms section in the article. Not many people are too happy with this company or the change.

A lot of your more recent reviews in that last link actually look pretty favorable. Maybe Frontier is improving over time? Sorry if you had a bad experience with them. I can't say Comcast is any better -- they have the most deplorable customer service when anything goes wrong that I've ever seen. Hanxu9 (talk) 22:07, 28 September 2011 (UTC)

Written like an ad; no technical details about internet service

It just says "broadband internet". It doesn't actually say what KIND of internet connection (satellite, DSL, WISP, etc.) it is. In this and other respects, it seems written a bit like an advertisement. It was no more helpful than the Frontier website.
