I've worked with my classmate to clean up this article, esp. to show why it's notable. It still looks like a legal brief, but that's a stylistic problem, and that seems more like grounds for a "wikification" tag than a deletion tag.JD Caselaw (talk) 17:24, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
