It is wonderful that this article has been made available. At the same time, there seem to be a few direct German language translations here that make this article confusing:
"Berlin evangelische" might be better rendered as "Berlin Evangelical Lutheran Seminary".
"Movement for Religious Revival" is typically rendered as "Movement for Religious Renewal".
"Kultushandlungen" could be better rendered as simply "services".
The very last clause, "for whose..." can be deleted. It does not make grammatical sense in English and, if it were grammatically correct, still would seem redundant.
