Changes
[edit]Hi Everyone,
I originally created this page to put the "Fictional Game Results" chart in a place where it wouldn't be open to dispute as someone on the main show page kept deleting it. But as I've worked on the article I've realized that there is a lot to say about the season and Wikipedia standards preclude me from saying it all in the main article. So I added a synopsis section and moved this to "Friday Night Lights (Season 1)
My synopsis Stinks!
But its a rough draft and I'm hoping that, by putting it out there, other people can help me with it. I'll certainly be back to do more work on it as well.
Thanks,
ThomasC22

[edit]This is relevant to the plot summary, and I glad someone took the time to do it. After watching the finale, it provided a good recap of all the episodes.
Fair use rationale for Image:FNL Un.JPG
[edit]Image:FNL Un.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Game result of "Git 'Er Done"
[edit]The Panthers' victory was actually not overturned as the article previously claimed. --4.249.87.25 (talk) 20:21, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
Houston Area Timberwolves?
[edit]Where does the show give the TImberwolves' location? I didn't hear "Houston Area" anywhere. In S04E08, the Timberwolves are from Campbell Park. (Could be a different team though.) paulschreiber (talk) 05:39, 16 August 2010 (UTC)
Move?
[edit]- The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: moved Rambo's Revenge (talk) 01:40, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
Friday Night Lights (Season 1) → Friday Night Lights (season 1) — per WP:TV-NC. Mhiji (talk) 16:38, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
- Friday Night Lights (Season 2) → Friday Night Lights (season 2)
- Friday Night Lights (Season 3) → Friday Night Lights (season 3)
- Friday Night Lights (Season 4) → Friday Night Lights (season 4)
:Oppose until consensus is reached at the discussion currently in progress at Wikipedia talk:Naming conventions (television)#Massive page moves on season articles by Mhiji. Moving the pages before then would be inappropriate. --AussieLegend (talk) 11:51, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
- These moves are nothing to do with the discussion at Wikipedia talk:Naming conventions (television)#Massive page moves on season articles by Mhiji... Mhiji (talk) 15:50, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
These moves actually qualify as uncontroversial maintenance as it's simply a matter of correcting capitalisation as per the naming convention. Only Friday Night Lights (Season 1) and Friday Night Lights (Season 2) need to be moved. The other seasons are already at their correct locations, which you should know becasue you moved them.[1][2] --AussieLegend (talk) 00:24, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- I know. The reason I didn't do this at the uncontroversial section of WP:RM was because it states that multiple page moves should be done on one of the talk pages. Using
{{subst:move-multi
at WP:RM gave an error message which is why I did it here instead. It does seem rather silly that this can't be done at the uncontroversial section of WP:RM though..... Mhiji (talk) 00:37, 19 November 2010 (UTC)- The section that tells you to go to the talk pages is titled "Requesting controversial and potentially controversial moves". These moves are not controversial so that doesn't apply. --AussieLegend (talk) 01:15, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- Ah! Sorry I didn't read it properly. Very good point. I'll list them individually at "Uncontroversial requests" then and close this after. Thanks Mhiji (talk) 01:27, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- The moves have already been made. I requested them earlier using {{db-move}}. --AussieLegend (talk) 01:37, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, I just moved them. Rambo's Revenge (talk) 01:40, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
