- Nice article overall, but I have some suggestions for prose that I feel would improve the article.
- "the 24th exhibition of the Society for Travelling Art Exhibitions' 24th exhibition" → One of the "24th exhibition"s is redundant.
- That's an error. Thanks for noticing; it's fixed now. — Golden call me maybe?
- "and the artwork was purchased" → "and was purchased"
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- Why is only Fedorov-Davydov mentioned in the lead? I would recommend mentioning the opinions of the other critics as well.
- Added the opinion of Mikhail Nesterov as well. Other critics' opinions are similar to Nesterov and Federov- Davydov's, so including all of them would not add much value to the lead. — Golden call me maybe?
- Isaac Levitan and Volga should be linked at first mention in the body.
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- "Volga is part of Levitan's series of joyous works depicting nature made between 1895 and 1897" → " Volga is part of a series of joyous works depicting nature that Levitan made between 1895 and 1897"
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- "Volga was born to Levitan" → "Volga occurred to Levitan"
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- Plyos[10][11] → The refs here could just be moved to the end of the sentence so that they're less interruption.
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- "alongside Levitan's nine other works" → "alongside nine of Levitan's other works"
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- "second part of the 24th exhibition" → "second part of the exhibition" to avoid redundancy.
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- "Mikhail Morozov, the painting's first owner, died in 1903. Morozov's widow Margarita Morozova transferred part of his collection to the Tretyakov Gallery seven years later, in 1910, in accordance with his will." → "Morozov died in 1903. Morozov's widow Margarita Morozova transferred part of his collection, including Fresh Wind. Volga, to the Tretyakov Gallery seven years later, in 1910, in accordance with his will."
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- "Aside from Fresh Wind. Volga...Vasily Surikov's sketch of Boyarina Morozova's head" → This whole part can be removed since it doesn't really concern this painting.
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- The Persian link should be to Qajar Iran, not the modern republic.
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- Link mauve.
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- "as in Golden Autumn" → "as in Golden Autumn"
- Done — Golden call me maybe?
- Will check the references later. AryKun (talk) 13:14, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
- The references all seem to be reliable (all published books and also used in the Russian article, which is a GA) and are consistently formatted.
- Spot-checks on a couple of the claims made by the English language sources support the claims made. Can't check Russian-language sources, so AGFing on those.
- Could you provide page numbers for the Fedorov-Davydov 2019 reference?
- I'd like to, but the only place where I can get access to the book is through Google Books, which doesn't display any page numbers for this book. (link) — Golden call me maybe?
- Not needed at GA, but consider adding alt text for images. AryKun (talk) 14:22, 12 May 2022 (UTC)

- @AryKun: Thank you for reviewing the article. I've addressed all of your points above. — Golden call me maybe? 17:57, 12 May 2022 (UTC)
- Okay, passes all the criteria now, so will be passing. AryKun (talk) 05:53, 13 May 2022 (UTC)
