comment about the copyright bot: I removed the tagging after checking, that the report shows stuff like: "communication and information systems" or "air traffic management civil and military" as matches Xfects (talk) 00:02, 20 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

When the bot originally tagged the article, there was much more than a few words, see the original comparison here. You later removed the text here. There was also substantial copying and pasting or close-paraphrasing from two other copyrighted sources. I removed the text.
