Gymote is Impressive, but not a big "first"

The Gymote was impressive for being ALL-electric, but otherwise its the Holland, not the Gymote, which is the "first modern submarine --Beomoose (talk) 17:35, 25 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Besides which, the Isaac Peral was launched first, so Gymnote was not the first all electric either. Rees11 (talk) 00:34, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
