only time?
[edit]Article says: "This was the only time that a republic in France was not defined or organized by a genuine constitution." But the First Republic didn't have a functional constitution for over three years, until the Constitution of the Year III was put into place. The National Convention ruled for over three years without a "genuine constitution" in place. john k (talk) 18:44, 12 March 2017 (UTC)
