Mary Lygon
[edit]I would strongly suggest that Mary Trefusis should have her own meme, as she was a key player in making the Folk Revival happen. As both a hymnodist and a collector of sorts, her role as Lady in Waiting to Queen Mary gave her influence which lent the nascent Folk Revival great credibility. A potted biography is [[1]]. An indication of her status at Court is shown in her presence in [Royal baptism photo] - how she fitted into the Kepple clan needs to be addressed. The EFDSS valued her enough to name Trefusis Hall in Cecil Sharp House in her honour.
- In agreement with the above.--Johnsoniensis (talk) 02:48, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
